Trustworthy and Knowledgeable
I have taken awhile to review Sgt. Clutch, service was over the summer, and I was testing out my vehicle over a month to see how it runs. I have had ongoing issues with my left side strut, alignment and other issues. They are so thorough, detailed and professional. I so highly recommend! They were the only repair shop that literally saved my car, she runs beautifully with no issues! Any questions I had they found an answer as well as diagnostics to resolve or at least find a solution to give me peace of mind. Thank-you so much to the owner and his wife plus staff who were so kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I just had my transmission rebuilt here for my 2018 Ram 2500 with the 68RFE. They were fair in their pricing, and got the work done quickly, as well as added in an upgrade. I've only had the truck for 2 days since repair, but so far so good. I highly recommend coming here.
Very Thankful
I want you all to know that I'm very thankful for this place. My little oil leaking red light came up Wednesday evening. I had to order some oil to put in my car, so I had oil delivered to my home and headed to this place that my friend recommended me to. I got there one of the oil sensors were defective. The first thing they did was they drove it cleaned all underneath it and diagnosed it. They told me what was wrong and how much it was going to be, and they fixed right thenand my car is running and it's not leaking oil and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!

Very honest! Highly recommend! Awesome job. Quick, efficient, and friendly service. They saved me over $1000. BMW said I needed a gasket repair because I had a leak. Sergeant Clutch let me know there was nothing wrong with my gasket and there wasn’t a leak.

There communication is amazing. They explain every issue with every detail. They will tell you how long they will work on your vehicle before they start. Amazing job
They did an amazing job! I was in and out at their shop. He didn't sell me any pipe dreams. GAVE ME A great estimate, talk me through the moving pieces and afterwards gave great advice on the importance of air filters and oil changes. Also a Coke. Thank you for making this experience as a woman good!. He did not get over on me that's what we as citizens are looking for!

The owner Mike has at least 25 years directly in the business and is honest, professional, and excellent at communicating the issue(s) and working to resolve in a timely matter. Furthermore, his team is very loyal and many have been around for years. That says a lot when you have extremely low turnover in the automotive repair industry. Highly recommend this establishment for your transmission needs!

High Quality Work
The staff is exceptional especially Jose! It did take a little longer than I expected to get my 2008 F150 back but it was due to the high volume of vehicles at the shop but any time I called and asked for an update they were always quick to let me know what was going on. After they diagnosed the issue Jose gave me a call back and walked me through everything and now that I’m driving my truck again it feel as good as new, I definitely recommend bringing any vehicle here if you want high quality work done!

Don't Go Anywhere Else
I have a 2016 Ford Fiesta SE that decided to break down after going through a drive through. After two failed attempts to get it to a shop (and a misdiagnosis at one) Sargent clutch towed my car (didn’t charge me upfront for it bundled it into the price of service thankfully). They let me know from the start what they thought was wrong how much parts were, how much labor was, and how long it would take to get done. 5 days (2-3 was just waiting on parts to get to garage), 2 major replacement parts (hoses for cooling system and coolent tank or radiator whatever it’s called), and a test drive to ensure it was working I had my car back functioning even better than normal. Family owned, very kind, and won’t overcharge like big chains. Don’t go anywhere else.

Took my 2012 F150 to Michael and his team at Sergeant Clutch to fix my coolant leak, get a full time up and switch out both belts. They find the jeans within an hour and got me great quote. Schedule two storage days and had me in and out within an afternoon. Highly recommend checking them out, they beat everyone else's price by a mile.
